About

We’re riders, coaches, and tinkerers.

Cadence & Co started with a few friends fixing flats in a garage. Today we’re a volunteer‑run collective offering free repairs, training guidance, and inclusive group rides across the US.

Safety

Wear a certified helmet, use front & rear lights, signal turns, and ride predictably. On trails, yield to hikers and uphill riders.

Gear

Start with a properly fitted helmet, a flat kit (tire levers, tube/plug, pump or CO₂), water, and layered clothing. Wider tires add comfort.

Training

Build gradually: 10% weekly volume increases, one rest day per week, and a deload week every 4–6 weeks. Fuel with carbs, hydrate, sleep.

Our Mission

Make cycling safe, social, and accessible. We believe in teaching skills freely, maintaining bikes together, and welcoming every pace.
