Meet friendly riders, learn maintenance, and explore new routes. We coordinate beginner, intermediate, and adventure rides—with helmets required and a strong emphasis on safety.

Weekly Rides

Green Trail Social (Beginner)

10–15 miles, mostly flat. Skills briefing at start. Perfect for new riders; no one gets dropped.

Gravel & Pines (Intermediate)

25–35 miles of rolling gravel through wooded parks. Requires wider tires (35–45mm) and basic handling skills.

Adventure Saturdays

Rotating routes through national forests. Expect climbs, views, and snack breaks. MTB or gravel recommended.

Skills Night

Cornering, braking, gear selection, and trail etiquette. Bring a helmet and lights.

Free Repair Benches

What we help with

  • Flat tires, tube patching, and tubeless plugs
  • Brake and gear adjustments
  • Wheel truing and spoke tension checks
  • Chain cleaning & lubrication

We don't perform frame repairs or suspension overhauls.

Training Tracks

Starter

3 days/week, 30–45 min easy spins, cadence drills, and core strength.

Endurance

4 days/week, longer steady rides, tempo intervals, and flexibility work.

Performance

5 days/week, VO2 max efforts, hill repeats, and strength training blocks.
